IKANIC SPORTS – Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview:
The IKANIC SPORTS Ambassador Program (“Program”) is designed to empower individuals passionate about our brand to share our products, engage with our community, and earn rewards for their advocacy.
2. Eligibility Requirements:
By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree that you:
• Have an active social media presence.
• Will represent our brand in a positive, authentic, and professional manner.
3. Application & Approval Process:
• All applicants must complete the online application form on our website.
• Applications will be reviewed within 14 days, and selected applicants will be notified via email.
• We reserve the right to accept or deny any application at our discretion.
4. Ambassador Code of Conduct:
As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:
• Positively promote IKANIC SPORTS and its products.
• Use provided discount codes, referral links, and hashtags in social media posts.
• Create content that aligns with our brand values and image.
• Avoid posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
• Not engage in any activity that may harm IKANIC SPORTS’ reputation.
5. Compensation & Rewards:
• Ambassadors will receive a unique discount code and/or referral link to share with their followers.
• A commission of 10% will be earned on all valid sales made using the ambassador’s code/link.
• Commissions are tracked monthly and paid out via check or Venmo within 14 days of the month’s end.
• Additional perks, such as free merchandise and bonuses, may be offered based on performance.
6. Content Usage:
• By participating in the Program, you grant IKANIC SPORTS permission to use, repost, and share any content created as part of the Program on our social media channels, website, or marketing materials.
• We may provide creative guidelines, but Ambassadors are encouraged to use their unique style and voice.
7. Termination of Participation:
• Participation in the Program is voluntary and can be terminated by either party at any time.
• IKANIC SPORTS reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation for violation of these terms, inactivity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the brand.
• Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid out based on completed sales prior to termination.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy:
• Ambassadors may receive exclusive information, such as early product releases or marketing strategies. This information is confidential and should not be shared without written consent from IKANIC SPORTS.
• Your personal information will be used to manage your participation in the Program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property:
• All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, images, and product names, remain the property of IKANIC SPORTS.
• Ambassadors are permitted to use provided assets in connection with promoting IKANIC SPORTS but must not alter any assets without written consent.
10. Compliance with FTC Guidelines:
• Ambassadors must adhere to FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials, including proper disclosure of any material connection to IKANIC SPORTS.
• All posts should include clear hashtags like #TeamIKANIC #IKANICAmbassador, #IKANICnil, or to indicate the partnership.
11. Limitation of Liability:
• IKANIC SPORTS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program.
• Ambassadors participate at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable laws and social media platform rules.
12. Changes to Terms:
• IKANIC SPORTS reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any significant changes.
• Continued participation in the Program after any changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law:
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
• Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
